Our mission is to generate and transmit knowledge, develop skills, and form attitudes for the successful management of companies and organisations in a changing global environment.

The FBA is the only faculty in the Czech Republic that has the Triple Crown accreditation. The Triple Crown accreditation is a combination of three prestigious international accreditations: AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA. This means the FBA ranks among the 1% of best business schools in the world.

For those not from Prague, nearly 4,000 dormitory beds are available. Additionally, VŠE boasts impressive sports facilities, including a multi-purpose arena for various sports and an artificial turf football field, complemented by organized summer and winter sports courses. The university also fosters a vibrant student life with numerous clubs and activities, ranging from a choir and chamber orchestra to international student organizations and diverse interest associations.

Living in the City

The capital city of the Czech Republic lies in the center of Central Europe. Prague (Praha, Praga, Prag, Praag) is situated on the river Vltava in central Bohemia and has been the political, cultural, and economic center of the Czech state for over 1100 years. The city itself has about 1.3 million inhabitants and belongs to the most visited cities in Europe. Prague is the 26th best student city worldwide according to the QS Best Student Cities. Prague has a large and vibrant international community. Currently, there are more than 40 000 international students. Also, Prague is one of the greenest capitals in the world with a ratio of 57% of the greenery occupying the whole city area.
