Building bridges between global talent and business

Hosted by ESADE Business School on 7-8 November, the CEMS Career Forum 2025 once again proved the strength and diversity of the alliance. More than 1,000 CEMS students, 39 Corporate Partners, and representatives from member schools took part in an engaging programme combining 24 skill seminars, 25 Coffee Talks, and over 500 interviews held across 60 rooms.

Beyond the impressive figures, the Job Fair and networking sessions fostered meaningful conversations between students and 270 corporate representatives and alumni, reinforcing the Forum’s role as a unique platform for connection and collaboration.

A vibrant community in action

What truly defined this edition was its spirit of connection. Each coffee talk, skill seminar and informal exchange reflected the collaborative mindset that drives the CEMS community: where academia and business come together to shape a more responsible and international future.

The Forum also showcased the diversity and commitment of Corporate Partners, highlighting the ongoing relevance of CEMS talent in a changing world of work.

Connection beyond the sessions

Beyond the formal sessions, CEMS Clubs and the Student Board brought their trademark energy to the event. The Student Board organised a lively mingle connecting CEMS Clubs from across the alliance, while the Benchmarking Meeting offered a valuable space for corporate partners to exchange ideas and share best practices.

Another highlight was the CEO Talk and cocktail hosted by MET Group, which brought students together for an engaging discussion on leadership and sustainable business transitions.

Next stop: Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE)

After four memorable years in Barcelona, the CEMS Career Forum will move to Prague in 2026, marking the start of a new chapter for this flagship event. As always, it will continue to foster meaningful encounters between ambitious CEMSies and purpose-driven companies, reinforcing the alliance’s commitment to shaping responsible leadership worldwide.
