CEMS Yearbook 2019-2020

Dear CEMS Graduate,

First of all, on behalf of the CEMS Student Board, warmest congratulations on your 2020 CEMS graduation 🎓

The academic year 2019 - 2020 has been, to say the least, a challenge. Starting off our CEMS journey, none of us would have expected to face the reality we find ourselves in today. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all of us in different ways. We all completed our studies under unusual circumstances, and we gathered new experiences which included hours and hours spent on Zoom for both classes but also social activities.
Yearbook 2020 Graduates

Due to these unfortunate circumstances, the planned graduation ceremony in November 2020 at KUBS in Seoul, South Korea, was also not able to take place. Obviously, we were all extremely saddened by this, but it was a necessary measure to keep everyone safe.

To commemorate and celebrate your time in the CEMS program nevertheless, the CEMS Student Board has created a Yearbook for the 2020 graduating cohort - the first ever of its kind!

It is available here: CEMS Yearbook 2019-2020

So, what does the CEMS Yearbook 2019-2020 include?

  • CEMS Club Highlights from over 30 CEMS Clubs during the fall 2019 and spring 2020 semesters
  •  Recap of the most important events and initiatives which have been organized and launched within the CEMS World in the 2019 - 2020 academic year
  • Words of wisdom from fellow CEMS Alumni: Silvia Cocciolillo, Senior Growth Strategist at Google, Kai Chen, Partner & Fund Manager at True North Investments as well as a Consultant at Simon Kucher, and Kate Simpson, Vice President, Futures/Options/OTC at JP Morgan.

Check out the video here!

We hope that you enjoy looking back at your CEMS experience and that this Yearbook will make you remember some of your favourite memories.

Considering the turbulent times our world is currently going through, you can be even more proud of what you have accomplished.

Stay safe and hopefully we get the chance to meet in person, sometime, somewhere in the CEMS world!

All the best,
Your CEMS Student Board
