About the event
During the academy, you will have the opportunity to explore the world of strategy consulting, develop your business skills, and sharpen your problem-solving abilities, all while learning firsthand in a comfortable and inclusive setting about life as a consultant at Kearney.
Together with other participants and supported by our LGBTQIA+ consultants and allies you will learn to solve a real-world case and get to present your recommendation to a panel of Kearney partners and managers.
In our three-day program we will learn about diversity, equity, and inclusion at Kearney and beyond, and create a safe space and platform for you to inquire about all questions and concerns you might have regarding identifying as an LGBTQIA+ person in the workplace.
Kearney will cover all costs for this event, including all travel, accommodation, and meals. We will follow official COVID-19 guidelines.
This event and its focus areas are created specifically for students self-identifying as LGBTQIA+.
