As a strategic partner of the Estoril Conferences, CEMS shares a commitment to fostering responsible leadership and meaningful dialogue in an increasingly complex world. Since 2009, the Conferences have brought together Nobel Laureates, heads of state, academics, activists, and young leaders from over 130 nationalities to address the challenges shaping our future. This mission closely reflects CEMS' belief that global leaders must not only navigate change, but actively contribute to a more sustainable, inclusive, and collaborative society.
Under the theme “Reignite Democracy | Where Everyone Is Part Of”, this year, the 10th Edition of the Estoril Conferences will convene global leaders, academics, activists, and young changemakers to explore the future of democracy. Discussions will focus on five critical areas shaping societies worldwide, including politics, global peace, education, health and preparedness, and AI & tech. Through dialogue and collaboration, participants will examine how inclusive leadership and collective action can strengthen democratic institutions and drive meaningful change.
