The CEMS Career Forum is the headline corporate recruitment event of the CEMS year. This multi-stakeholder event unites Corporate Partners, Students, Alumni and Academic schools through various activities taking place during the event.

For companies in partnership with CEMS, this is an opportunity to access a global pool of top talent from the world’s leading business schools in one place, meet and interview potential hires and raise awareness of their corporate brand.

“This was Metro’s first year attending the Career Forum and we are positively surprised! I see the CEMS Career Forum as a fantastic platform for students to exchange and share with Corporate Partners and for us to meet so many talented and ambitious individuals,” Selin Deniz, Head of Corporate Employer Branding, Metro AG.

In addition to employer branding and recruitment, Corporate Partners had the chance to connect with Academic partners at the Networking Cocktail. These conversations bridge the gap between the academic and professional life and allow schools and companies to continue to develop ways to collaborate.

For students, the Career Forum is one of the highlights of the CEMS experience. It offers a rare opportunity to meet with recruitment experts from 40+ multinational companies in just one place, network with peers and maybe even take the first crucial step towards full employment by a CEMS Corporate Partner.

For this year’s edition, 730 students participated in pre-scheduled interviews, 600 students took part in one of the 28 skills seminars and 150 students attended 5 career training workshops.

Also included in the agenda was the second, highly successful, edition of the CEMS Startup Challenge organized by the CEMS Student Board and Alumni Association.
