A CEMS MIM graduate

  • is prepared to take on future management challenges in an international and culturally diverse context by creating new management tools
  • has a strengthened critical and analytical perspective due to the confrontation with different academic environments

The graduate is knowledgeable about the impact of all management decisions on a number of different processes and understands contexts beyond the boundaries of the firm, e.g.

  • international financial markets
  • international consumer markets
  • international employment market
  • the balance between the global and the local.

A graduate is prepared to act as an agent in the change and transformation of attitudes, behaviour, structures, and processes.

3/ Practical competency goals

A graduate has the ability to interact and negotiate in an international environment, manifested in a strong qualification in at least one foreign language, living up to a high standard of business communication. The understanding of cultural diversities is manifested in a will to adapt to different settings.
