Associate Academic Members

CEMS has moved from a European network to a global alliance, and leading business schools from all continents have been invited to join CEMS. The Associate Academic Member status is the entry status in CEMS for new schools before they implement the joint CEMS MIM programme.

Associate Academic Members are part of the CEMS alliance in every respect – through the decision-making process and by participating in the various CEMS initiatives. Access to CEMS MIM is possible for graduates of Associate Academic Members Master’s programmes as soon as their school joins the alliance. In addition, the partnership includes faculty and research co-operation, PhD programme collaboration, and the development of short programmes and corporate initiatives.

Once the new schools implement the CEMS MIM programme and receive students from other CEMS schools in their own CEMS MIM class, they become full members of CEMS.

Through the globalisation process, CEMS MIM students will benefit from a wider range of nationalities, mentalities and cultures in the programme in more than25 countries worldwide in a couple of years.

CEMS MIM students from Associate Academic member schools
Students with an MSc in Management from one of the Associate Academic Members are eligible for the CEMS MIM before their home school implements the programme. Students may join the CEMS MIM on a fee basis for one year to work alongside international CEMS students, in two different full member schools.
