Leadership Summit Brazil is an open event. This means that the Webcast is accessible for everyone who can login through a Facebook or Twitter account. The openness reflects the underlying vision of the LSB, which aims at sharing valuable knowledge and rendering it available to everyone.

However, to be eligible for interaction with Brazilian leaders CEMS Clubs are required to sign up at our Webcast www.lsbrazil.com under the “sign up your student association button”. Once you have completed the registration, we will contact you to prepare the video-Skype call.

We ask you to be available on the LSB day: 29 September (9h00 to 16h00 São Paulo Time).

In terms of facilities, CEMS member schools will be asked to set up an “Interaction Room”. This may sound like a difficult thing to do, but in practice, it is quite easy. CEMS Clubs please communicate with your academic coordinator regarding the ‘interaction room’.

The requirements for an Interaction Room are:

• Classroom for approximately 30 students
• Big screen
• Fast internet connection
• Webcam with microphone (can be a laptop)
• Skype connection
