Career Forum

For 17 years, the CEMS alliance has been running its annual career forum. In 2009, it became a highly successful stand-alone two-day event. CEMS Career Forum offers to all students, alumni, corporate partners and academics offering a host of opportunities for networking and personal and professional development.

Thanks to the innovative Career Forum concept, CEMS offers CEMS Corporate Partners, CEMS students and alumni graduated in the past 4 years a comprehensive service: the organisation of pre-scheduled interviews complementing traditional company exhibition stands and presentations. Students and alumni (0 to 4 years after graduation) apply for pre-scheduled interviews through the cems.org online database, 3 months prior to the event.

Corporate Partners then proceed with the selection of the most interesting profiles that are invited for interview on the day of the forum. Selected students may be eligible for a travel subsidy to the Career Forum venue.

On the day prior to the job fair, students and corporate partners can interact via MIM-accredited skills seminars. These represent a unique opportunity for students to meet the academic requirements of the programme while learning from and networking with business professionals at the same time.
