An annual meeting took place at NHH in Bergen in May 2011.
A Block Seminar was organised by ESADE in September 2010.
CCM group’s Doctoral Workshop was held in conjunction with the Annual IACCM conference in Ruse, Bulgaria, in June 2011. Overall, 8 doctoral students participated in the workshop and the conference. Of the 8 students, three were from CEMS schools. All presented either a paper-in-progress that was discussed during the workshop or a more developed paper in the conference itself. Again, we received good feedback about the workshop from both students and faculty.
In terms of participating faculty, CCM FG members included Jacob Eisenberg (UCD), Roger Bell (ESADE), and myself, Marie-Thérèse Claes (LSM). Fink from WU was there as co-organiser of the event. Wolfgang Mayerhofer, WU and as the president of IACCM , could not come because of illness. Also from WU, Daniel Dauber, editor of the EJCCM (European Journal of Cross-Cultural Competence, was present. In addition, RSM was represented by Slawomir Magala (RSM).
